The Hurley Group Caretaking contract for Upminster Medical Centre is coming to an end on the 31 March and a the commissioners have appointed ELFT (East London Foundation Trust) as your new provider. There is a meeting planned for date/ time where you can meet the ELFT Team and ask questions. Some of the staff will remain the same and you may see some new faces. We have enjoyed our time looking after you and know that you will continue to receive good care from ELFT.
